SAFEТY POLICY STATEMENT
The owners, directors, and officers of “XENA “LLC hereby pledge their commitment to fulfill our Company's safety goals and objectives through implementation and continued support of the “XENA “LLC Safety Management System. This commitment includes managing all safety risks to accountable levels, regular reviews of policy and safety objectives to ensure they remain relevant and appropriate, and continuous improvement in our level of safety. Senior management is committed to fully comply with all regulatory requirements, and to further exceed those requirements, to achieve the highest level of safety possible.

All employees of the “XENA “LLC have safety responsibilities, and everyone is accountable for safe1y performance. Safety performance is an important part of our management evaluation system.

Our most important goals аге: zero accidents and zero regulatory violations.

AII safety performance goals and objectives will be achieved through а strong commitment to safety and professionalism from all levels within the company, and by learning from our mistakes and sharing our lessons learned. We will apply these lessons by striving to reduce instances of human error, and by developing systems and processes that both reduce human error and are more error tolerant.

Management of “XENA “LLC is committed to provide the resources necessary to implement and sustain our SMS, resulting in continuous improvement in the safety and quality of our ground, maintenance, flight and support activities.

I hereby approve this safety policy statement, and the “XENA “LLC Emergency Response Plan, in order to achieve the highest levels of safety management and emergency preparedness. Safety and quality excellence will always be essential components of our mission, and your continued active participation in the company's Safety Management System will allow us to provide the highest quality products and services, while achieving the highest level of safety possible.
